Position Summary: Motivated by God's love, The Salvation Army CRF is dedicated to nurturing a safe, compassionate, healthy and respectful community.  Crossroads New Frontiers Correctional Services Canada Community Residential Facility (CRF) Unit is dedicated to providing a safe, stable and positive residential setting for men coming out of the federal prison system, respecting cultural and religious diversity.
Accountabilities:  Work with Case Management team to provide resident information that helps develop case plans, communicate effectively with residents so that they are aware of the supports, resources and rules that are here for them.
Care for residents health needs
Ensure safety of all residents
Ensure that the environment of the program is supportive, nurturing, and encourages a high degree of resident involvement including decision making
Document program requirements, process and report as needed
Must be able to Provide Criminal Record check and Clearance of Protect ed B information with Correctional Services Canada - This is mandatory
First Aid/CPR, Mental Health First Aid
