Sky High Excavation and Demolition Ltd. is currently looking for an Equipment Operator with valid 1A License. Salary will be $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Some experience is required; on-site training will be provided as well. Trackhoe experience is required; must be able to dig around existing utility lines. Applicant should be able to communicate in English. This is a part-time to full-time position. This position works outdoors in both residential and commercial environments.

The following are some of the duties:
Drive tandem
Drive truck and trailer to job sites
Equipment Operator - skidsteer and trackhoe
Load/unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
Assist with water/sewer hook-ups and laying of pipe
Assist in demolishing buildings
Remove debris at construction sites
Assist in interior demolition
Landscape repair and remediation
Perform other activities at work sites, as directed

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in similar position
Valid Class 1A Drivers' License
Must have trackhoe/heavy equipment operating experience
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Strong communication skills
Must be able to work independently and within a team
