Description

Qualifying and enrolling employees to our benefit plan and terminating benefits as necessary (Full time and Part time plans)
    Conduct semi-annual benefit audits to ensure members are meeting criteria
    Extracting guest comments from various sites and distributing to the operational departments
    Maintain parstocks of office supplies, first aid supplies, and ordering of Sheraton letterhead, business cards, etc
    Managing service requests for office equipment (postage machine, printer/copier, etc)
    Responding to guest comments on behalf of Managers
    Extracting & communicating monthly birthday/anniversary notifications and invitations
    Weekly newsletter communication
    Administrative support of social committee events (posters, kids Xmas gifts, prize lists, entry forms, power points, Christmas party tickets, etc)
    Administrative support for General Manager, HR Manager and Operational Managers (handbooks, memos, posters, collateral updates, phone lists, furnishing sales)
    Administrator of in-house recognition programs (Associate & team nominations/voting, Service Mile program/redemptions, updating redemption catalogue)
    Enrolment/termination of employee Marriott Enterprise IDs and adding usernames to payroll profile
    Administrative assistance of Safety Management program (Manage CCOHS website, registering associates for online training, updating OHS binder, safe work practices, Data Sheets, incident tracker spreadsheet, etc)
    Manage, tracking & auditing of associate lockers
    Electronic filing/uploading to payroll profiles (commencements, reviews, coaching documents, benefit forms, employee photos, etc)
    Assist employees with various questions in relation to policies, accesses, benefits and programs within the hotel
    Upload/update various tracking spreadsheets (reviews/anniversary, etc)
    Update bulletin boards, GSS boards, job postings
