Description

Temp. Full-Time: working 40 hours per week.
The Program Coordinator provides support and coordination in the daily operations of Karis Disability Services Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Enhanced Supported Independent Living (ESIL). SIL & ESIL provide person directed one-on-one supports and life skills coaching to adults who experience disability and live independently in the community. The Program Coordinator role consists of a mix of direct support and administrative tasks such as housing applications and filing. The Program Coordinator will provide decision support to the team in the absence of the Program Manager and will communicate with clinical professionals and various community supports as needed. The Program Coordinator will respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, people supported, and both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred:
College Diploma/Degree in a related field, D.S.W or equivalent academic credential.
Minimum three years of related experience
Requirements:
Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Valid class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License and access to reliable transportation
