You play an instrumental role in managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and fortifying internal controls. As the Controller you will be responsible for:
- Lead a team of accounting professionals and administrators.
- Manage all aspects of the group of company's day-to-day accounting operations for multiple businesses, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Assist with the integration and optimization of NetSuite accounting software across all companies.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely completion of audits.

As the Controller, you will bring:

Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
A minimum of 8 years of full cycle accounting experience.
Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 4 years, guiding teams to achieve high performance.
Strong understanding of Canadian financial regulations and accounting standards.
