Description

Customer Service
Ensure timely customer service, assisting with the coordination and delivery to customer farms, when required.
Process customer orders

Operations
Assist with inventory reconciliation.
Exercise caution when loading and delivering inventory.
Confirm accuracy of orders prior to shipment.
Receiving deliveries, inventory counts, reporting any inventory discrepancies, and assisting in correcting inventory outages.  
Load and unload fertilizer shipments, operate fertilizer blending system advise on product supply, shortages, and available storage space.
Adheres to SynergyAG safety procedures, Participates in monthly safety meetings.  
Ensures all rolling stock (trucks, forklift, bobcats, trailers etc.) are regularly serviced, cleaned, and maintained with proper maintenance records.  
Orders necessary yard and shed supplies.
Complies with AWSA warehousing standards.

General
Maintain retail, workspace, and vehicles.
Contribute to generating a safe workplace environment and ensure safety training is up to date.
Flexibility with work hours to support location and customers needs.  
Assist with operations during the busy season to provide prompt customer service.
Be a team player.
Represent SynergyAG by embracing community involvement opportunities.  

Education and Skillset
Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalent  
OSHA Training/experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude.
Great customer services skills.
Proficient with computers and technology.
Detail orientated with strong written and oral communication skills.  
Effective time management, planning and multi-tasking skills.
Dependable, reliable, and safety conscious.
Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license
Class 1A driver license preferred
