Travel to Northern SK required.

Who you are:
University Degree or Diploma in related discipline. 3 years related experience with automated mandays/room allocation and/or payroll systems. A suitable combination of education, training and experience may also be considered. Good knowledge of mandays and payroll terminology and practices, applicable federal and provincial laws, industry regulations, OH&S and union agreements. Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills and demonstrated experience with Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a requirement for this position, as well as interpersonal, teamwork and team management skills.
What you will do:
Coordinates, verifies, administers changes and completes room changes and mandays in a timely and accurate fashion. Manages all daily site department administrative work on site. Completes all billing and invoicing information accurately for approval of Division Manager Ensure that all billing information is accurate and sent to ACLP Head Office for review and approval. Create billing from Client flight manifest and schedules.Verifies financial processes, including but not limited to, daily cash outs, daily reconciliations of debit machine receipts, and ensure cash outs are done in an accurate and submitted to Head Office in a timely fashion. Promote and develop Aboriginal and First Nation employees, specifically partner Band members into all facets of Athabasca Caterings operations. Provide coverage for Housing Managers, as required and train Housing Managers when necessary.
