Description

The Caring Place is a non-profit proffesional counselling agency located in the Warehouse District of Regina. The Caring Place services a large caseload of diverse clients from children to adults.

We are currently seeking someone who is 18+ and has expirience working in mental health settings or has applicable personal or school related expirience in adition to administration expirience.

The hours for this role will be Tuesdays 3pm-7:30pm, Thursdays 3pm-9:00pm, and Saturday daytime (specific hours to be determined).

Job Duties for our part-time front desk/administration role will include but not be limited to:
    Scheduling Client visits.
o    New client information must be obtained upon each new client
        phone call or at the time of initial appointment.
o    A deposit must be collected to cover missed appointments.
    Greeting and welcoming Clients. Answering questions,
        addressing concerns, and informing clients of support groups
        or other community support when applicable.
    This position handles all initial financial transactions with
        clients and stakeholders.
o    This includes invoicing clients sessions, accepting payment,
        new client deposits, etc.
o    Assisting in NIHB and Victim Services billing submissions and
        referrals.
o    Preparing and mailing out invoices when required.
    Answer incoming calls.
    Open daily mail and distributing appropriately.  
    Check, sort, and forward emails appropriately.
    Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
        Providing exceptional and confidential customer service to
        vulnerable population groups and those expiriencing personal
        difficulties.
    Take up other duties as assigned (meeting arrangements, etc.)
    Engage in daily office cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchen,
        tidying office spaces.
