Description

We are hiring a Principal at Lawrence School in North Battleford.  This is a Permanent Full-Time position commencing at the start of the 2024-2025 school year.

Candidates will be strong at building relationships with staff, students and their families and our community. Individuals will believe in the importance of having trauma-informed classrooms. Honouring Indigenous teachings and diversity to promote a culture of respect is important.  Living Sky School Division believes that school-based administrators play key roles in student success. It will be important for candidates to be able to:

Lead Learning (Instructional Leadership),
Set Vision and Provide Direction,
Secure Caring and Respectful Schools,
Develop People and Build Relationships,
Strengthen the Educational Community (through working with parents and other agencies), and
