Sterling is growing! We are currently hiring for Residential & Commercial Service Plumbers to join our growing Service Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately and reliably troubleshoot issues relating to plumbing calls - in commercial and residential settings.
Repair, replace, and service plumbing related services in homes and businesses.
Provide detailed notes and job descriptions of the services provided
Train apprentices
Provide "5-star" service to Sterling's clients.
Maintain a clean, organised job site and well-inventoried company vehicle
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4-years experience as a plumber.
Experience/comfortable in a wide variety of service calls
Experience/comfortable with installing water heaters
Experience with boilers is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be physically fit for labour intensive work
Class 5 drivers license with a clean, safe record
Gas ticket(s) a plus
COMPENSATION
Salary range of $34 to $42 per hour based on experience and qualifications
On-Going training will be provided
