Our apprentice program is for individuals seeking an exciting trade career who have shown initiative by participating in an RAP program or are registered as a 1st-year apprentice in Alberta or Saskatchewan. Our program offers 4-year strategic rotations between assets to optimize your development and ensure the successful completion of your apprenticeship. Upon successfully finishing the rotations, individuals will be seamlessly transitioned into a permanent position at Cenovus, ensuring stability and long-term career prospects within the organization.
Hours and locations depend on the asset and may entail either an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, or a camp-based, fly-in/fly-out arrangement with a rotation of 7 days on and 7 days off, working 12-hour shifts.
