Aldon Oils Ltd. is an Exploration & Development company based in Weyburn, Saskatchewan with operations in Southeast Saskatchewan. The company has an exciting opportunity available for summer employment for students currently enrolled in the areas of Geosciences, Engineering or Business.

The Administrative Assistant will assist all departments on various projects.  Projects are chosen based on a combination of business need and a summer/work term student's skills and strengths.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
Data entry and filing as required
Provide internal support for all departments
Compile data and other required information as needed
Photocopy/scan and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
General office duties as required

Candidate Qualifications

Currently enrolled in post secondary schooling in the areas of Geosciences, Engineering or Business
Willingness to learn, must be reliable and trustworthy
Competent computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge and experience required
Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
