About the Role
The Information Flow Services division is looking for a Junior Business Analyst with a customer focus who values knowing that the work they do has a direct impact on the lives of patients and families. The type of work will vary daily but will revolve primarily around documenting business processes, validating technology solutions and providing support and training to integrated applications.

As part of the Information Flow Services team, you will be responsible for requirement elicitation and analysis, stakeholder communication, quality assurance tasks such as system and user acceptance testing, and creating detailed documentation including process flows, use cases and user stories.
