Wahkotowin Child and Family Services Inc is advertising for a supervisor for the Prevention and Protection programs.
The CFS Supervisors will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing supervision of child protection, prevention  services. The CFS Supervisor is responsible for program development and ensuring program service delivery complies with program mandates, legislated requirements, protocols and agreements with all parties involved.
POSITIONS DUTIES (include but not limited to):
Personnel Management/Supervision of Staff
Supervising the Child Protection Workers
Case Management & Supervision of case files
Provide case consultation and direction
Ensure program services function within the mandates, standards, policies of the Child & Family Services Act / FSIN child welfare act
Knowledgeable in RedMane.
Encourage and promote staff to develop culturally appropriate methods and interventions within their practice.
Supervisor is responsible for after hours emergency calls.
Must be able to work with Minimum supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelor of Social Work
5 years of relevant Child protection
3 years of supervisory experience
? Preference will be given to individuals who speak Cree.
? Willingness to travel extensively and possession of a valid driver?s license.
