Job Description: This position reports to the Clinical Integration Manager for Chronic Disease Management.  Provision of team approach dietitian services - responsible for nutrition education to individuals and groups including outpatients, inpatients, and community organizations.  The dietitian provides nutrition assessment and education for a variety of disease states, including diabetes and heart disease; uses his/her expertise in the area of nutrition, diet and disease to communicate nutrition information to health professionals, community groups and individuals.  Job description available upon request.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
Registered or eligible for registration with Dietitians of Canada
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association
Valid Driver's License
