Facility: Buffalo Narrows Health Centre
Job Description: The Public Health Nurse delivers a full range of community-based Public Health Services to La Loche including pre and post-natal care, immunization, and health counseling. The public health nurse also prepares and presents information on various health issues/topics to individuals, families and groups.
Daily travel to La Loche required.
Recruitment, Relocation and Retention Incentives may be available up to $11,500 for a return for service commitment, along with a comprehensive benefit package.
Additional Northern Benefits including an annual retention bonus of up to $3650, Bi-Weekly Northern District Allowance of $240.00, up to a $100 per year clothing allowance, along with Health Maintenance Transportation - up to 4 trips per year.
