Description

Regina Housing Authority (RHA) delivers publicly funded social housing programs on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. RHA manages a housing portfolio of approximately 3,100 units with an operating budget in excess of $20 M. Employing nearly 100 in-scope staff, RHA continues to make its mark in the community and has provided safe, secure housing for individuals with low income. We have an opportunity for an experienced strategic leader, focused on today's challenges and committed to leading a team in fostering relationships and partnering with various stakeholders.

Accountable to a highly skilled and engaged Board of Directors, you are responsible for the strategic management of the Authority. As one of the key leaders in the provincial housing network, you work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver and implement housing policies and programs for individuals with low income. Together with the senior leadership team, you ensure the effective delivery of social housing programs and services, ensure effective governance, policy, planning, HR leadership, financial management, and a strategic capital asset strategy is maintained.

You bring proven senior leadership experience that creates a culture of innovative thinking and creating possibilities. Your track record to build and leverage relationships with stakeholders, your political and financial acumen, and your passion to make a difference for others is what we are looking for!

Our ideal candidate comes with a business, social sciences, public administration, or related degree supported with 10 years of senior leadership experience preferably in community development, social housing, or government. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. In return, RHA offers a competitive total compensation package, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a difference in our city.
