Suncrest College welcomes applications for the position of Program Assistant, Post-Secondary Education. This is a Full-Time, Temporary position starting as soon as possible until June 30, 2024, in Melfort, SK.

The Opportunity:
The main function of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support for the operation of programs and services, relating specifically to the Post-Secondary Education (PSE) Department. This includes, but is not limited to, performing word processing and desktop publishing tasks, executing program correspondence, preparing student admission and registration documentation, ordering of program supplies, assisting in the coordination, scheduling, and initiating of various courses and special events.

Requirements:
- One-year Business or Office Education certificate from a recognized institution, or an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered
- A minimum of one year of related and relevant experience in an office setting
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
