Description

We are actively seeking a Document Controller Clerk/Junior Estimator who is reliable, knowledgeable team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
Assisting our Senior Estimator with job estimation, proposal writing, and document management.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, Architects, Engineers, and clients.
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
Scheduling of deliveries, meetings, and sub-contractor work.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:
No experience (0-1 years)
Previous experience in document management or other related fields and familiarity with estimating would be a huge asset.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Deadline and detail-orientated
Good with repetitive workload.
Flexible, positive, and energetic.
Knowledge of various roof systems through estimating or installing (asset)
Computer literacy
MS Office
Planswift program would also be an asset.

Experience:
Worked with technical documents like blueprints and specifications.
Education:
Architectural Technologist Diploma (or equivalent)
Must be located in Canada and willing to re-locate to Regina, SK
