Lilium Village Childcare is seeking a passionate, well-organized, and loving individual to lead our childcare team in the role of Childcare Director. Under the supervision of MayBell Developments Board of Director, the position is responsible for the oversight of Lilium Village Childcare. The Director will lead a team of Early Childhood Educators to provide positive early years learning experiences and school readiness.
QUALIFICATIONS
A working knowledge of both administrative and program needs. A solid knowledge of early years education including:
Passion for serving others;
Able to align with the Lilium Village Childcares philosophy;
Two or more years of management experience, with proven administrative, supervisory, team building/coaching
and leadership skill is essential;
ECE level 3;
Excellent oral and written communication interpersonal skills;
Extensive experience program development and delivery, as well as advanced knowledge and understanding in
child development;
Strong relationship development skills;
Computer skills;
Ability to deal with high stress situations;
A valid Saskatchewan drivers license;
First Aid/CPR.
