Description

We are looking for two part-time receptionist to join our busy medical clinic. Availability to work Monday-Thurs 5pm-8pm, Fridays 12pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm.  Medical office experience is preferred and knowledge of Med Access EMR is an asset. A professional and friendly telephone manner along with the ability to multitask is a must.  You should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Duties include answering phone and assisting patients with booking appointments and answering queries. Filing of incoming documents in EMR, scanning, faxing and emailing.
