The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authoritys Customer Relations Branch is seeking an enthusiastic, self-starter with a customer-centric mindset to join its team as a permanent full-time Account Representative.

This role reports to the Account Manager, Customer Relations and serves as the primary point of contact for their portfolio of approximately 150-200 small to medium-sized SLGA wholesale customers. As an Account Representative, youll be the key contact for all programs, products, and services that SLGA offers to its customers. Youll assist both brand new and established liquor retail stores with online ordering, SLGA website navigation, product selection, merchandising, marketing, pricing, and policy to help them establish a successful business. Your customer-focused mentality will ensure that your portfolio of customers receives a high level of service which will be achieved through your excellent communication skills, powerful negotiation tactics and your ability to think on your feet and problem-solve to meet your customers every need.
