Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Keep records of the quantities of food used
Package take-out food
Provide information about food items and take food orders.
Wash, peel, cut, chop and trim foodstuffs, produce, vegetables, and meat using manual and electric appliances.
Careful use of deep stove, fryer, grill, oven, dispensers and other kitchen available appliances and equipment
Prepare fast food items such as potato fries, salads, grill meat, fired meat, fish and other dishes as per standing order from business
Prepare and pack food items and deliver to customer as per their request
Serve customers at counters.
Keep food in refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used and inventory.
Portion and wrap foods
Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
Take customers' orders
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
Remove kitchen garbage and trash
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
