administrative and clerical duties in a non profit that assists senior citizens. Our clients are seniors. Duties such as: answer phones and greet clients, assist in document filing, perform basic bookkeeping, organize filing cabinets, route telephone calls, take notes, organize office activities, and mail correspondence, operating office equipment like photocopiers. Replying to client emails, and phone calls creating address labels, power points. Assist with supervising volunteers. Do presentations to the public at trade shows and other vending areas and public speaking.

Must have your own vehicle.
Work hours some flexibility available but suggested is Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with one hour lunch break. Could be flexible on the hours.
MUST LIVE IN MOOSE JAW or within 20 minutes.
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH, SPEAK, WRITE, LISTEN
Qualify under the government work program: under age 30 and returning to work in the fall.
