Job Duties:
Cook complete meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Prepare meals according to a set menu and monitor the portions.
Prepare meals for customers with food allergies.
Supervise and train kitchen helpers.
Receive and store inventory and maintain records of food, supplies and equipment.
Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.).
Clean the kitchen and inspect kitchen and food service areas.
May clean kitchen and work area, including dishes, scour pots and pans
