Description

We need a talented,self-motivated & self-promoting individual to join our WINNING & FFUN team. If you are hardworking and thrive a high-volume environment,then this is the job for you! In addition,we offer competitive pay,fantastic benefits,life insurance & company pension plan. In this role, you will have to interact with customers within our inter companies. You will need to multi-task and prioritize as any issues arise, with great attention to detail. In addition, a qualified individual will be responsible for:
-Being knowledgeable and strong in the electrical field. This may include installing, dismantling and inspecting electrical, electronic, mechanical HVAC, and material handling equipment
-Diagnosing and solving problems involved in the operation of equipment and system components
-Maintain condition of the maintenance vehicles and tools.  This includes purchasing materials for various jobs you may be working on
-Conduct seasonal prep work, including preventative maintenance, repairs and improvements
-Perform a variety of general repairs, installations and maintenance on building equipment, including but not limited to; changing ballasts, lightbulbs, light switches, receptacles, door locks, plumbing fixtures, heating and air conditioning equipment, alarm and fire protection systems, painting & general construction.
-Maintain the condition of the maintenance vehicles and tools
-Have great communication skills
Requirements:
- Preference for candidates that are extremely knowledgeable, and strong in electrical maintenance
-MUST have a valid drivers license in good standing
-2+ years of related maintenance work
-Have an understanding of Health and Safety requirements
-Knowledge in plumbing and painting
-able to work fulltime, Mon to Fri. Overtime is sometimes available.
-Able to pick up and manipulate up to 50 pounds safely
-The ability to work independently or within a team
-The ability to operate a Bobcat is a plus
