Nakoda Oyade Education Centre (NOEC) is seeking a full-time Numeracy Interventionist for the 2024/2025 school year. NOEC is a Pre-K-12 school with approximately 275 students enrolled. The school is located on the Carry the Kettle First Nation between the towns of Sintaluta and Montmartre SK.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of successful mathematics teaching with excellent instructional skills that they will utilize to work with students to increase their mathematical fluency and ability at all grade levels.
We are looking for a teacher who is familiar with the Saskatchewan curriculum, differentiated learning techniques to use with children who have different learning styles, and familiarity with the Key Math Intervention program would be considered an asset.
The successful candidate will possess an understanding of or desire to learn about Nakoda values and will be required to participate in cultural activities, Were looking for a dedicated professional who will be prepared to bring extra-curricular activities to our school for the benefit of the students.
