We're currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. At Meadow Lake Dental we understand the importance of a work/life balance and offer great flexibility for our staff.

Hours of Operation
Monday-Thurday: 8:00 - 4:00
Friday: 8:00 - 1:00
Summer schedule (July/August):
Monday-Thurday: 8:00 - 4:00
Friday: CLOSED
Closed evenings and weekends

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who's dedicated to their craft and committed to providing excellent patient care. As an integral part of our team, you'll assist our dentists in four-handed dentistry by delivering top-notch dental services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

-Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
-Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict protocols.
-Take and process dental x-rays as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
-Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks as needed.
-Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.

Requirements:

-Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification from the Saskatchewan Dental Assistants' Association (SDAA).
-Current CPR and basic life support (BLS) certification.
-Completion of a recognized dental assisting program or equivalent training.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to work well within a team environment.

All applicant's will have practicing license verified.
