Description

We are looking for (1) candidate to join our Kitchen Team and put a serious amount of love and care into getting the worlds most beautiful donuts to our customers! The candidate will have the opportunity to flourish and grow as we continue to expand. This position contributes to the daily success of The Everyday Kitchen by working with Team Members and helps maintain the mission and culture.

The majority of time is spent helping the team to accomplish measuring and mixing donut dough, prepping ingredients and shaping production while working accurately, efficiently, and respectfully, and ensuring cleanliness of all kitchen spaces and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately and efficiently measure ingredients, shape the donuts and other products as needed.
Provide guidance and support to a team of two employees, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues that may arise
Train new employees on proper techniques and procedures
Under supervision from the Kitchen Manager and Management, complete the tasks assigned for the evening.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of production kitchen space and equipment, including dishwashing.

Previous Kitchen and Baking Experience required
Job Type: Full time
Availability requirement: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, or 1:30pm-10:00pm
