Our client, a leader in Regina is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join their accounting team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be a diligent professional with a hardworking attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, code, and enter invoices
- Cheque runs and EFTs
- Manage vendor enquiries by phone and email
- Vendor statement reconciliations
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Year-end support relating to A/P
Ideal skills:
- Post-secondary education in accounting
- 2 + years of AP experience
- Experience working with large amount of AP requests
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Detail oriented with exceptional organization skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
