KWS Keys Welding Service Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/Estimator located at our facility in the North Corman Industrial Park.  The individual we are seeking will have the exceptional ability to manage multiple projects from estimation to completion. They will be able to coordinate professionally between customers and our team to ensure exemplary customer service.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
    Oversee end-to-end project management & estimating, from bid
        to completion.
    Ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the
        evolution of our project management and estimating processes.
    Collaborate and build strong, positive relationships with
        clients and your team.
    Be quick to identify and resolve conflicts ensuring minimal
        impact to project schedule and customer relations.
    Lead in conjunction with manager, shop foreman, a projects
        material and labor costs for efficiency and optimal customer
        satisfaction.
    Review and comment on internal shop drawings.
     Prepare tender documents.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
    Proven experience in project planning and estimating in the
        steel industry.  
        Or 5 years of experience working in one of the following
        trades: welder, fabricator, iron worker, millwright, pipe
        fitter.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills
    Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
    Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and
        structural drawings and specifications.
    Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
    Valid Drivers License
