Job Posting: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator. You will be responsible for office administration including bookkeeping, report filing, communications and building management. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be organized and able to prioritize tasks, be reliable and trustworthy.
As the first contact for people who phone, email or walk through the door, the administrator is an important public face of the congregation and should be comfortable with our guiding principles.
The Administrator ensures accurate bookkeeping records are kept and all government and business reports are filed. This person is also responsible for allocating building space for congregational and non-congregational groups and ensuring the general well- being of the building.

- Quickbooks Online
- Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Powerpoint)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience with MailChimp and Wordpress preferred Hourly Rate:
