Description

The Branch Sales Manager is ultimately responsible for all aspects of branch performance and success. This person directly manages the Sales Team while overseeing the Parts and Service Departments with the support of department and corporate managers. With the guidance of the General Manager, the Branch Manager creates and shapes the team culture, creating a customer focused environment that is a great place for people to work.  The Branch Manager is also responsible for safety, operating within budget and collaboration with other branches.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operational management of branch to achieve sales and expense objectives.
Oversight of after sales support retail customer base
Analyzes and identifies gaps and develops strategies with the intention of strengthening business options.
Performs market analysis of business for branch with the intention of increasing market penetration and brand awareness.
Monitors appropriate CLAAS/CWHC branding and corporate identity to ensure that the brand image impact is maximized.
Hires, trains, retains and develops a strong team.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of related management experience.
Excellent sales skills.
Strong networking and negotiation skills. Ability to persuade and influence others.
Customer centric approach.
Advanced experience in team leadership and management, including staff training and development as well as proven success in optimizing team performance.
Proven ability to successfully launch new product lines into market.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
Highly developed problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and patiently; well organized and disciplined with ability to multi-task.
Able to legally work in Canada
