Are you a First Nations or Inuit youth between 16  30 years of age? As a member of the Library Services Team, you will be on the front lines of student support.  General duties include: answering basic reference and directional questions; assisting patrons with photocopying and scanning and other duties as required. The opportunity will benefit Indigenous youth and communities by inspiring students to pursue education relevant to their desired careers.   Please note that funding guidelines restrict hiring to First Nations and Inuit youth between 15-30 years, therefore please indicate your adherence to this in your cover letter.

Hours of work for this position can vary but will not exceed 25 hours/week; these hours may include weekend and evening schedules according to Library needs. Salary range is $23 per hour, plus vacation pay.

Anticipated start date is May 1st, 2024, and the contract end date is August 23, 2024
