Responsabilities:
Greet customers entering the Branch warmly and professionally. Give them a reason to want to visit! You are the face of the company
Ensure the products displayed in the branch are kept neat and easy to see as this is also the customers first Impression of the business
Answer the phone promptly and professionally while ensuring the customers questions have been answered and their calls have been redirected to the appropriate person or department
Process all customer orders at the counter which includes picking it from the warehouse
Promote sales items and products while providing options for alternate products if needed
Assist sales team with technical and product support where required

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills
Solutions oriented person who is not afraid to partner with the customer and make suggestions
Ability to learn the companys products and services
Good working knowledge of MS Office programs
Punctual  if youre not early, youre late mentality
Flexible personality with the ability to work with a small team of 8 people
