The Role:
eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a results and detail oriented individual with strong technical knowledge and problem solving skills. Working under the direction of the Provider Services Manager, the position is responsible for the daily support, maintenance, error resolution and coordination of data in various Referral Management Systems.

This position will be responsible to identify data quality issues within RMS services, utilizing various techniques to resolve data quality issues within the core systems, i.e. duplicate records, merging records, etc. The position will seek input and collaborate using consensus driven decision making with other end users of the data within eHS and externally to the organization. The position will utilize communication and change management techniques to recommend, create, and support changes to the business such as business process changes, issue identification and resolution, data remediation activities to prevent future data quality errors, monitoring and reporting registry errors identified.  

You will be involved in developing best practices and standards, data quality and remediation and business services such as requirement gathering, documentation, implementation, testing, training, incident management and support.
