Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
Direct management of the Protective Services Division operations in Saskatchewan.
Direct management of the Mobile Patrol Services in Saskatchewan, including Saskatoon.
Direct supervision of Mobile Field Managers, Site Supervisors, and employees in Saskatchewan.
Scheduling (8 weeks in advance) (directly or indirectly) all assigned sites within the area.
Ensure all licensing for Saskatchewan is completed and updated and sent to appropriate agencies.
Coordination of all Events including but not limited to scheduling and site visits
Updating and Reporting Monthly license totals New/Renewals
Ensuring non-billable Overtime is below 1% at all times
Ensure Mobile Patrol/FM schedules are designed to maximize the financial return from the area.
Ensure Mobile Patrol has up-to-date and comprehensive Site Standing Orders.
Ensure Mobile officers have proper equipment to conduct their duties.
Ensure Mobile officer securely maintain keys/cards for SRG and client locations.
Ensure senior mobile officers are handling after hour calls/scheduling issues as sent from the SOC, directly from a client or staff.
Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of all vehicles. (supervisors)
Emergency contact after hours when Mobile Officers and/or Field Managers encounter issues requiring assistance.
Input daily run sheets/Track Tic/RSPNDR and maintain/coordinate Track Tic/RSPNDR to ensure it is always working and mobile guards are utilizing it correctly.
Ensuring assigned sites have up-to-date and comprehensive Site Standing Orders.
Conducting shift briefings and attending other meetings as required
Perform all COR SRG safety program managerial requirements and assists in the operations of the COR SRG safety program as it relates to mobile employees, sites, and assignments.
Coordinate with client representatives on operational effectiveness to ensure client satisfaction.
Operating within a budget
