Description

Do you enjoy being on the move? Would you rather be driving, than behind a desk? EXCEL OFFICE INSTALLATION is growing, creating the opportunity for two new OFFICE FURNITURE INSTALLERS.

Based out of Regina, the scope of work for these positions involve the installation, configuration and relocation of new or existing office furniture. EXCEL OFFICE INSTALLATION is a trusted service provider for organizations throughout the great province of Saskatchewan.

Although a technical aptitude is beneficial, previous experience is not necessary. Our company utilizes direct training to prepare you, providing the certification and necessary skill set to be successful installing modular office furniture systems. Introductory wage is $18/HR with a 6 month probationary period, at which time Canada Life coverage and benefits activate.

The qualified candidates must:

Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and provide a mandatory commercial drivers abstract (CDA) from SGI. You will be required to transport yourself to and from job sites as well as operate any one of the company's fleet of vehicles.

Pre-access drug and alcohol screening.

Provide Regina Police Service (RPS) Criminal Record check and be bondable.

Be able to lift a minimum weight of 45 KG (100 LBS), handle heavy loading and unloading of furniture, being physically fit as there are a lot of repetitive tasks including, walking, bending, crouching and kneeling.

Be willing to travel throughout Saskatchewan, as there are jobs outside of Regina, requiring highway travel and overnight stays with meals and accommodations provided.

Provide own steel-toed safety boots with minimum 6 ankle protection. Full length, sturdy, dark colored pants and access to seasonal clothing. All other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be supplied.
