Description

Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing sales orders, and delivering outstanding customer service to our customers. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and efficient support of the sales organization from customer inquiry to on-time delivery and cash receipt.  The Sales Support Coordinator must learn and maintain a solid understanding of tanks and tank trailers: how they are put together, Advance manufacturing methods, and the tank sales process.

The Sales Support Coordinator works in conjunction with staff in Engineering, Sales, Production, Quality and externally with End Product Customers.  The Sales Support Coordinator role is a hands-on position where the individual is required to participate in and learn all aspects of the operations and management of the facilities as they relate to the Sales Support Coordinator role. The Sales Support Coordinator updates, maintains and utilizes quotation tools developed to streamline the process.  The Sales Support Coordinator will ensure that all aspects of the areas within their control are functioning effectively and efficiently within guidelines created to coordinate and integrate safety, quality, costing and sales support to maximize employee, vendor and customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth operation of their processes.
