Job Description: Providence Place for Holistic Health Inc. (PP) is offering a leadership opportunity, as Director of LTC services to work with an experienced leadership team at a large LTC and Rehabilitative health facility in Moose Jaw. The director will collaborate with experienced leaders that together support the Faith Based Mission, Vision and values of respect, dignity , integrity and innovation.

This position provides an opportunity to lead care provision with a continuous improvement approach in collaboration with a dedicated and supportive leadership team that enables an innovative and positive working climate with a client centric culture.  The director will lead interdepartmentally and cross functionally within the organization, with the SHA and with other community partners to support the spiritual, psychosocial, physical and emotional well-being of the PP residents, clients and patients on their health journey.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Degree in a health-related field, Masters Degree preferred
Good working knowledge of Quality Improvement principles and methodologies
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Experience
3 - 5 years of healthcare management experience is essential
Clinical experience in geriatrics would be an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic computer skills, where required by the job
