This role is primarily responsible for helping the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club generate and drive ticket sales via outbound campaigns. Sales efforts will be focused on season ticket retention, group tickets, packages, but will also support the overall Ticket Operations team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
-Outbound sales calling to generate and drive ticket sales primarily in the consumer market
-Create and build relationships with new B2C and B2B prospects
-Active generation of new B2C and B2B leads
-Provide consistent, high-level experience to all clients
-Consistently contact prospects by phone, email , in person and other technologies
-Answer all inbound sales calls and assist clients as needed
-Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell to maximize ticket sales; from bowl seats to suites, youth to corporate tickets.
-Maintain a detailed touchpoint history in the database by logging all customer data and interactions in a clear, timely manner
-Stay up to date with all products, pricing, and benefits; stadium seating, pre & postgame experiences, transportation and parking
-Exceed sales and revenue targets
