Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal utilization of funds
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis techniques
- Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent understanding of cost management principles and corporate finance concepts
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and risk analysis techniques
