The Head Team Leader supervises the delivery of programs and activities of the Battlefords CO-OP Aquatic Centre. This role contributes to providing overall leadership to the Battlefords CO-OP Aquatic Centre staff and is responsible for outcomes in the following key activities: contributing to the development of and implementation of aquatics guidelines and procedures; maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and staff; implementation and recommendation of programs, services and activities that are responsive to community needs; staff development and daily facility operations and maintenance.
