As a member of the Technical Operations team at Innovation Saskatchewan, the Senior Manager, Building Operations will lead a skilled team of building operators and administrative professionals to ensure the safe, effective and efficient operation and maintenance of buildings in the Saskatoon Park.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Technical Operations and Asset Management, the Senior Manager, Building Operations oversees the operation and maintenance management program and drives operational efficiencies and effectiveness to ensure our internal and external stakeholders needs are met. Through a process of continuous improvement, the Senior Manager, Building Operations keeps the team updated on current operation and maintenance management principles, identifies, recommends and implements changes for best practices, and demonstrates the behaviors and actions that support a safe and constructive culture.
