Our Service Technicians go to clients' homes to repair and diagnose hot tub issues, assist on deliveries, installations and perform
general shop duties.
On site responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Deliveries and installations of hot tubs and Covana's
-The assessment, repairs and replacement of plumbing leaks, pumps, electrical issues, stereo issues, etc., and maintenance services such as
draining and cleaning hot tubs and inspections.
-Problem solve, learn in several environments and capacities, make decisions quickly and decisively.Through training and learned procedures,
you will be expected to retain and implement the information provided.Your attention to following and implementing the directions and
instructions given to you is a priority.You must be able to complete tasks at a quick pace and learn to mange time.
-Interaction with clients happen daily, therefore a professional and pleasant attitude is a must.
-Your attention to detail, planning, time management and ability to work independently and with others is important to customer satisfaction.
-The ability to fill out service appointment invoices and reports accurately is important.
-Each day can be different, from hot tub deliveries to repairs, trade show setups and pool construction.
