Description

Dress for Success Regina is a dynamic organization empowering women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help women thrive in work and life. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you'll oversee operations, including the administration of volunteer coordination and client service delivery. You'll represent DFSR, providing education and awareness on local, provincial, and national levels. You'll establish and maintain community connections with nonprofits, businesses, women's organizations, and government agencies. You will supervise DFSR staff and direct communication and advocacy to engage clients, funders, volunteers, social media, community groups, the public, and the medi. You'll manage DFSR, equipment and property, and determine spending priorities, overseeing expenditures according to the approved budget. You'll identify and cultivate new funding sources and assist in preparing funding proposals

What you will need:
Experience in program delivery, program development, and budget administration
Knowledge of challenges in delivering community-based supportive programming to diverse individuals
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office365
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, team-build, and coach staff and volunteers
Ability to represent DFSR through public speaking engagements and liaison with external agencies and media
Access to a vehicle is required
Knowledge is generally acquired by having a combination of education and experience, or the completion of a bachelors degree in public relations, marketing or business administration. We're looking for a candidate with 3-5 years experience working in a non-profit.
