Description

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Supervise and train to new employee for all aspect of operation.
Supervise and check the quality of food before serving.
Prepare Daily Sales Reports to send to head office and reginal marketing director by calculating food cost and labour cost, royalty and national advertising fee etc .
Prepare and submit reports.
Ensure all online orders are placed properly and accurate since we have six tablets for six delivery couriers.
Establish work schedules.
