Job Role:
The Manager of Employee Relations will plan, lead, guide and develop processes and procedures that support the effective delivery of all services related to Employee and Labour Relations across SaskGaming through the management of a dedicated team. Ensuring legal compliance, best practices and alignment with SaskGaming's strategic direction, policies, collective bargaining agreements, and procedures.

The emphasis for this role is on the maintenance and development of employee/employer relations that contribute to the engagement, productivity, motivation, health, safety and wellness of employees, whilst assessing and mitigating organizational risk.
