ViviGro is a locally owned and operated organization whose primary focus is on promoting soil and plant health, so the position represents the fundamental link between customers, business accounts, and the company's customer-facing strategy as it provides for assistance and advice to farmers on all aspects of Farm management, cultivation, fertilization, harvesting, soil erosion and composition, disease prevention, nutrition, crop rotation and marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to sales by utilizing leading agricultural soil knowledge. Knowledge will be used to position our products in a way that is favorable to farmers looking to grow better crops and increase their profitability.
ViviGro currently has a hybrid business model which includes both selling directly to farmers and building our dealer network. This model requires someone who can be strategic for the mutual benefit of the farmer, the dealer, and our organization. * sales experience should be an asset*
