Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Office Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including office equipment, supplies, and maintenance
Coordinate meeting arrangements, including booking meeting rooms, arranging food and beverage services, etc.
Handle office documents and records, ensuring accuracy in information organization and filing
Assist employees with daily needs, including receiving visitors, answering calls, etc.
Assist management in handling day-to-day administrative tasks
Coordinate relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure service quality and cost control
Requirements:
Relevant work experience, preferably in the finance, investment, or service industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate multiple tasks
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and office equipment operation
Strong team collaboration and self-management skills
Attention to detail, with a high level of responsibility and self-drive
